The Lord is looking for those who will believe Him by faith so that He can demonstrate His covenant blessings through them. He wants those who believe to come under covenant protection, and He will release covenant provision.
He is looking for those who will receive it, by faith, rather than fight against it with a fixed mindset.
The enemy wants you to have a victim mindset, thinking, dwelling, and even declaring the lack in your life.
God wants us to have His thoughts and believe His Word that we truly are blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm.
